Second graders learned all about owls today with our lovely Four Winds volunteers! Students put their hands on an actual owl wing and discovered that they make no sound when they are waved in the air! They also touched a real owl talon - wow, they are sharp! For the grand finale, students were able to take apart real owl pellets! Many amazing treasures were found!
